This is about YOU, connecting to YOU and allowing yourself to be seen, supported and heard as you do this work. We will begin with a meditation and some Breathwork. This will be followed by a cacao ceremony and diving deep within. We will then get our flow on and drop into our bodies in the most exhilarating way! You'll have time after to ground, integrate and journal after. If you feel called to share your experience there will be time for that as well.
